2 Ohio Men Ordered
To Get Out of D. C.
Two men from Ohio today had
their marching orders from separate
Municipal Court Judges to return to
the Buckeye State.
Albert Dana, 34, was charged with
assaulting a woman here last Christ

leased to return to his home in Ohio.
“Yes, 111 order you to get out of
town,” the judge replied. “You’re no
good. This city doesn’t want you.
And if you get into kny more trouble
before you leave town, you’ll be put
in Jail."
In another court, Pvt. Thomas C.
McIntyre, 33, of Chalfonte* Ohio,
stood charged with drunk and disor

the Army.” the Judge declared, “I
think you’d better get out of town
before you get into further trouble."
McIntyre’s sentence likewise was
