Peron’s party said in Genoa today that the wife of the Argentine president had changed her plans again and now would visit London. She was expected to leave .Wednesday. A British Embassy spokesman in Rome said the embassy transmitted to Mrs. Peron a message from the British Foreign Office saying she would be a “very welcome guest” if she chose to visit Britain. A British Foreign Office spokes man said Queen Elizabeth had inti mated previously she would be glad to meet the visitor if Mrs. Peron arrived while the royal family was in London. The Argentine presi dent’s wife intends to make brief visits to Portugal and France, Lon don sources said.
