] time friend, filed another will in Mr.
Adams’ own handwriting, bequeath
ing “all my property, both personal
and real” to Miss Lassen, to do with
| it “whatsoever she may see fit.” He
! also named her administrator and

“I hereby disinherit all other per
j sons claiming any interest in the
| estate, whether blood relation or
| not.”
Lost Arm in Accident.
Miss Lassen had no comment on j
| the new document. It was written j
in July, only eight days after the
j first testament.
Mr. Adams, a former railroad!
brakeman who lost an arm in an
accident had been president of the
j bank since 1938. Divorced from his
first wife, he was widowed*in 1942
j when his second died in a wartime
| blackout auto crash.
