Man Gets 1-3 Years For Hardware Store And Office Breaks A man who twice had broken into both a hardware store and an office yesterday was sentenced by Justice Richmond B. Keech of District Court to serve from one to three years foj housebreaking and larceny. The defendant, Clemenceau F. Lee. 27, colored, had pleaded guilty earlier to breaking into a hardware store in the 4300 block of Sheriff road N.E. on March 30 and again on April 4. His loot there included two radios and an alarm clock. He also had pleaded guilty to entering, on two occasions, a wrecking com pany office in the 4000 block of Min nesota avenue N.E., where his loot included an acetylene torch, tank gauges and brass fittings. Lee was sentenced also on another house breaking charge and the sentences were ordered to run concurrently. In another sentence, Justice Keech gave William C. Wilson, 22, ef the 900 block of H street N.W., who was said to have operated from house tops and fire escapes, from eight months to. two years on housebreak ing and iarceny charges. In one housebreaking he was accused of obtaining $1 from the Julius Lans burgh Furniture Store, 909 F street N.W., which was said to have been entered from the roof. In the other he was said to have obtained a hammer, screwdriver and a pair of plyers from the office of the Hotel and Restaurant Employes' Alliance, 937 F street N.W. Wilson had pleaded guilty to both charges.
