For Hardware Store
And Office Breaks
A man who twice had broken into
both a hardware store and an office
yesterday was sentenced by Justice

Court to serve from one to three
years foj housebreaking and larceny.
The defendant, Clemenceau F.

earlier to breaking into a hardware

on April 4. His loot there included
two radios and an alarm clock. He
also had pleaded guilty to entering,
on two occasions, a wrecking com
pany office in the 4000 block of Min

included an acetylene torch, tank
gauges and brass fittings. Lee was
sentenced also on another house

were ordered to run concurrently.
In another sentence, Justice Keech

900 block of H street N.W., who was
said to have operated from house
tops and fire escapes, from eight
months to. two years on housebreak

housebreaking he was accused of
obtaining $1 from the Julius Lans

N.W., which was said to have been
entered from the roof. In the other

hammer, screwdriver and a pair of
plyers from the office of the Hotel
