John Reed, 17, of 6637 Bamaby street N.W., senior at Woodrow ; Wilson High School, and Morton D. Willcutts, 17, of 7119 Hampden lane, Bethesda, senior at Georgetown Preparatory Sdhool, are among the 205 boys and 55 girls selected in the Nation-wide contest from 3,161 ap plicants. Forty finalists in the contest will attend a five-day Science Talent Institute here on February 27 to compete for $11,000 in Westinghouse science scholarships. Marriage License Applications Under D.
