Shines aluminutn fast' Balloting Hours Set For Board of Trade Directors' Election Ballot boxes for the Washington Board of Trade directors’ election will be open at the Mayflower Hotel from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. tomorrow, with 18 candidates running for the 12 positions. The trade group also will hold its annual meeting at the hotel at 8 p.m. tomorrow, with Dr. Harold Stonier, executive manager of the American Bankers' Association as the guest speaker. Greek Army Operations, Stalled by Snow, Resume By the Assoctoted Press ATHENS, April 29.—Greek army operations against guerrillas, stalled by a heavy snowstorm yesterday, were resumed today in mountainous Central Greece. An authoritative source in Lamia said the bulk of guerrilla forces which took advantage of the snow storm to flee toward the peaks, broke into three groups. One group reportedly slogged through snow and sleet into a ravine about three miles long on the eastern slopes of Mount Ghiona. This force, informants said, is being pounded by planes. Some small groups were reported to be throwing away their arms and surrendering, alleging they had been forcibly recruited.
