Shensi Province, China, May 26 —A gruesome story of the massacre of 500 Chinese Communist prisoners by National troops was told today by Gen. Ma Wen-ting. They shouted Mao Tse-tung’ (Chinese Com munist leader s name) and ‘up with communism.’ They became un manageable. But the preference shown for the new modelsi now appearing on the streets and highways is beyond all previous experience. It is definitely the greatest upsurge in popularity in Cadillac’s history. This great swing to Cadillac is largely a tribute to the car's extraordinary beauty and originality—for relatively few have vet had a chance to test its wonder ful performance. More perfectly than ever, the car’s inner goodness is mirrored in its outward beauty—and people can actually see the measure of Cadillac leadership as ‘the car sweeps past on the highway.
