Sutton, of 4713 Baltimore avenue, Hyattsivlle, Md., retired from the State Department today after 30 years and nine months of Government service. Mrs. Sutton had worked as a typist in the State Department for i the past 18 years, after previous , service with the Post Office and Treasury Departments.
