Lovett Named fo Assist Annual Red Cross Drive Defense Deputy Secretary Lovett has been named general vice chairman for the Govern ment division in the 1952 Red Cross campaign here. Agriculture Secretary Brannan, head of the division, announced today. Mr. Lovett, a member of the board of governors of the Ameri can National Red Cross, also has been named campaign chairman for the Defense Department. The 1951 goal for the Washington area is $1.3 million. The Govern ment Division usually raises the largest part of the quota. District Traffic Director George E. Keneipp has been named vice chairman in charge of the District unit. Cary to Speak in Boston William H. Cary, jr., director of the Bureau of Public Health Engi neering of the District Health De partment will be one of the speakers tonight at the meeting of the Massachusetts Public Health Association in Cambridge, Mass. Realty Firm's License Suspended 180 Days The District Real Estate Com mission yesterday announced it had suspended for 180 days the real estate broker's license of Clarence S. Baker, trading as the Liberty Realty Co., 1341 V street N.W. It was charged that Mr. Baker failed to return, within a reason able time a sum of money de posited with him in connection with a real estate deal that did not go through.
