C.p son of Mr. Frank G. Young and the late Mrs. Young of Berkeley, Calif. The bride-elect is a graduate of the University of Maryland, where she was a member, of Gamma Phi Beta sorority. She is a second lieutenant in the Marine Corps, having recently graduated from the Women Officers’ Training Class at Quantico. She is sta tioned at Henderson Hall, Arling ton. , Lt. Young attended Southwest ern University in Texas and Georgia Tech and was graduated from Yale University. He is a member of Kappa Alpha fraternity and is now serving aboard the U, S. S. Mr. Hargadine, a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, is the Regional Director for the Wags and Hour and Public Contracts Divisions in Pennsylvania, Dela ware and Maryland.
