[Brentwood Refuses fo Act On Pepco Rate Increase The Brentwood Citizens’ Asso ciation last night refused to take action on whether to oppose an increase in electric power rates. As a result, its delegates to the Federation of Citizens’ Associa tions will go uninstructed to the next Federation meeting. The Federation has asked dele gates to get the reaction of mem ber bodies toward the increase in rates granted to the Potomac Electric Power Co. by the Public Utilities Commission. The group supported the re appointment of Woolsey W. Hall to the Board of Education and requested the District Court judges to consider a resident of the Northeast area to replace one of the other two members whose terms will expire soon. Jerome P.
