Of Bribery Attempt
! A District Court jury yesterday j
convicted a Washington man of <
attempting to bribe two Metro- 1
palitan policemen to allow him to *
operate a house of prostitution.
The man, John Castle, colored,1
of the 1100 block of Ninth street
N.W., was accused by Police Pvts.
Billy H. Lemocks and Thomas J.
Horrigan of offering to pay each
of them $10 a week to allow him
to operate.
