Handwriting on Wall
ty th# Auociatad Frau
INGLEWOOD, Calif., May 31-
Three robbers held a nigl\t watch
man and his grandson captive
four hours early today while they
worked to open the safe in the
office of Inglewood Park Cemetery.
They tied Ira Queen, 68, and
his grandson, Gary Johnson, 12,
in chairs and fled with S7OO. 7
Sheriff’s deputies said the safe
crackers went through a lot of un
necessary labor—the combination
of the rarely used safe was
written on the wall above it.
