Fairchild Plans to Use Part of Florida Airport By the Associated Pres* Richsrd S. Boutelle, president of Fairchild Engine 8c Airplane Corp., has announced that the Hagerstown (Md.) company plans to take over part of the St. Augustine (Fla.) municipal air port for “projected operations.” He declined to discuss the na ture of the proposed operations. One possibility may be that the field would be used as a modifi cation base for C-119 transports.
