For the 1954 parade there will be, besides the giant balloons. 13 bands, nine elaborate floats and an array of surprise stars. Last year, such notables as Sid Caesar, Imogene Coca. Wally Cox, Steve Allen and Eddie Fisher were in the line-up. Show people fight for the privilege of participating. They get reams of publicity and pictures and some of them find out far the first time in years how nice it is to bask in the morning sun shine.
