DEFECTIVE OR UNUSED TANKS AND LEAKING PIPING. <a> Flammable liquid storage tanks which have been tested by or under the supervision of the Fire Marshal or his agent and found to be defec tive shall have all flammable liquid removed, and such tanks shall be removed from the premises, or be filled with an inert, solid material, with all pipe lines disconnected and all openings ln the tank capped, wrench tight. Thfe tests conducted ’ bv or under the supervision of the Fire Marshal or his agent shall be at pressures of not less than five pounds per square inch, for such periods of time, and measured by such gauges or instruments, as the Fire Marshal or his agent may deem necessary under the circumstances of each such test, (b) Flammable liquid storage tanks the use of which has been discontinued shall have all remaining flammable liquid removed, and such tanks shall be removed from the premises, or be filled with an inert, solid material, with all pipe lines disconnected and all open ings in the tank capped, wrench tight.
