Eisenhower Will Run,
Jersey's Smith Says
Senator Smith, Republican, of j
4ew Jersey expressed a firm

Cisenhower will run again next

He said he was issuing the

bower would like to retire at the
snd of this term. His statement
also came in the wake of a
prediction by Roy A. Roberts,
Kansas City publisher and strong
