IS** Two Exiled Prelates To Return to Argentina VATICAN CITY, July 5 UP).— I The Vatican Secretary of State < said today that two Argentine j prelate* recently expelled by the , Argentine government have "evt- j dently really obtained permis- 1 aion to return home." A spokesman aaid that no per* , mission, however, had been re layed through the Vatican. Nor • was there any immediate con firmation from President Juan Peron’s government in Buenos Aires. The prelates are Bishop Man uel Tato, whose expulsion on June 15 was quickly followed by Vatican excommunication of Gen. Peron and all others re sponsible. and his assistant, Msgr. Ramon Novoa. They sailed yesterday from Genoa for the International Eucharistic Congress at Rio de Janeiro. Brazil, July 17-24. Just before sailing.
