A life-long resident of Brockton, Mass., Patricia, 25. came here in June, Just in time for our summer heat, to take a secretarial job in the State Department. “I don’t like the weather at all," she says, “it was so nice and cool in Brockton. And the beaches are so far away." Other than this common complaint, Patricia likes Washington fine.
