The Board of Education has ruled that all nonresident tuition fees must be paid in advance before nonresident pupils may be enrolled Parents! and guardians are urged to com-1 plete registration of nonresident pupils before Sept. 7. in order to insure their being admitted to classes on Mon. Sept. 10. All payments of tuition should be made to the office of the Collector of Taxes by the parents or guardians or nonresident pupils and the re ceipts for such payments must be presented to the schools before the pupils can be admitted. There are no exceptions whatever to this regulation, and all nonresident pupils must pay tuition, even if they have been enrolled in or at tended the D. C. Public Bchools during the 1955-1956 school year. (1). Nonresident senior high school students from Virginia may attend the Western High School.
