for the past 10 years. This growth creates con
stant new opportunities for the Engineers on
our staff. As soon as an Engineer is ready to
accept more complex responsibility, it is given
him.
3 MELPAR’S operation is based on a unique
"PROJECT TEAM’* system, which means that
each group is responsible for an entire problem,
from its initial conception until a prototype has
been constructed. This allows each MELPAR
engineer to experience the over-all approach
to an engineering problem, essential to eventual
directorship responsibility. Should you Join
MELPAR you will become a member of such a
team, each of which is small enough to allow
us to recognize and reward your achievement
without delay.
4At MELPAR complete facilities for creative re
search and design are at your disposal. In addi
ction to our centralized MODEL SHOP, you will
find supplementary facilities and test equip
ment available for immediate use within each
project group.
5 Engineers who wish to pursue advanced study
may take advantage of MELPAR’S fully-ac
credited in-plant courses. Advanced degrees
may be obtained at S Universities in this area,
which offer part-time curricular.
