Sept. 17 <AP). —Mama and Papa Dionne made plans today for the baptism of the first child born to one of their famous quintuplets. Cecils gave birth Monday night to a chubby, black-haired boy. With the proud grand parents standing as Godpar ents for the baptism next Sun day, the baby will be christened Claude after a middle name of his father, Philippe Langlois, a television camera technician. The baby weighed 7 pounds 4 ounces as compared with the quints' combined weight of 10 pounds 14 ounces at their birth 24 years ago in Callandar, Ont. Multiple births rarely occur in successive generations but some times come in alternate gen erations. Philippe, who married Cecile last November 23, said she re ported the boy looked like him But Claude has “lots of £lack hair like Cecile,” Philippe said. The baby arrived by natural birth. Another quint who is a professional nurse. Yvonne, was in the hospital delivery room. Yvonne is the only quint yet unmarried. Annette was wed last October 12 and is expect ing a child next month. Marie was married quietly last month. The fifth quint, Emille. died four years ago during an epileptic seizure. Cecile had told friends that if her first child were a girl she would be named for Emilie. Arab Parley Slated DAMASCUS. Sept. 17 (API. Delegates from nine Arab nations are to meet in Kuwait next month to study means of tightening their seven-year-old blockade against Israel.
