Weinberg, of Wash ington, a former president of the Washington Real Estate Board, will be one of thirteen new vice presidents of the National Associate n of Real Estate Boards who will be installed during its annual midwinter meeting Thurs day through January 24 in Philadelphia. O. G. Powell, of Des Moines, la., will be installed as 1961 president of NAREB. All of the new officers were elected during NAREB’s an nual convention in November at Dallas. Also to be installed are the* officers of NAREB’s nine af filiated organizations. In addition to the installa tions and the organizational activities, there will be a number of sessions devoted to analysts of current real estate problems. Apartment Owners To Install Ragalie Daniel E. Ragalie will be installed as president of the Arlington Apartment Owners Association during a dinner meeting which will get un derway at 6:30 p.m. Monday in the South Gate Motor Hotel.
