Winkle, Carrol, la., paid $300 for one chicken at Iowa Poultry Show, Des Moines. Bar red Plymouth Rock. o o- TELLS OF BURNING OF ALDINE HOTEL Peoria, 111., Jan. 16. Confess ing his part in the affair, Louis W. Hill today testified for the prosecution in the trial of Har vey A. Six of Springfield, and Samuel F. Darr of Quincy, and told the story of how he burned the Andine hotel in this city. He alleged that Darr was to give him $325 to do the job. Six, he said, was with .him on the night last March When they fired the hotel. Hill,, in connection with the other men, is under in dictment for arsons The witness said that Six and he purchased an oil stove and some oil. The stove was to be left in the building in an effort to cover up their work. "We went to the Aldine hotelat 2:30 o'clock in the afternoon," said Hill. "We took the oil and poured it down .the sides of a dumb waiter. Six was there at the time. I poured the oil. After evening came I took a candle and touched the oil off.
