We went to, a friend's, where we got something" to eat andthere a horse thief by " name of Sam Baker "catne to us,-telling us we had killed three officers, when, in fact, the only harm done to the officers' was just a big scare Baker loaded us into his wagon and put us on the road to Arkan sas.
