It is a good Cartoon, and The Day Book agrees most heartily "with the sentiment it expresses. But The Day Book does think that in a Chicago newspaper the explanation'under the cartoon should have been changed to read: This is as it should be, and would be were it not for an ANDY LAWRENCIZED police force in CHICAGO.
