BECKER APACHES AGAIN

and Jacob Luban, witnesses
against Becker, complained to
Dist.-Att'y Whitman that gang
gunmen are bothering them. '
Yesterday while they were in
a restaurant "Dopey Benny,' one
of the Jack Zelig gang, came in
with- five other gangsters and
tried-to pick a fight.
When that failed "Dopey Ben
ny" -puled a gun and threatened
to shbot. They were driven into
the street and told they would be
killed if they came back.
