Why not convert the baby cart into a sleigh? All that is necessary is to obtain a strip of steel long enough to form runners and of a size to fit the wheels. The steel is just slipped over the wheels, first removing the rubber tires. If the carriage is not equipped with rubber tires, have the run ners bent to shape and fastened under and over the center of each wheel by a shoe or slit into which the wheel fits and to which it can be secured. MILK SHAKE Put one pint of cold milk in a two-quart jar. Add one egg, two tablespoons of sugar, one cup of finely chopped ice and any flavor ing desired. A grate of nutmeg and half a teaspoon of vanilla is good. Seal tightly and shake vig orously for several minutes. Pour into glasses and serve at once. If everything is cold the ice will hot melt much. This is a refreshing drink to sip. It is easy to make and inexpensive. Dally Healthogram.
