- The latest development the charge against Louis M. Osterhaus,

"l Osterhaus is charged with accepting a bribe jaV $50 from Thomas J.
Symmesonerof the attorneys involved'ln the Annenberg case, but itis also
charged that w,hile a collector for Marshall, Field & Co. thirteen years ago
