NELSON AFTER EDDIE FOY
Eddie Foy, known far and wide as a
funmaker, has run afoul of State
Factory Inspector Oscar F. Nelson or
exhibiting his troupe of seven chil
dren at the Majestic Theater.
Nelson did some tall investigating
and found that live of the seven chil
dren were under age. Charges have
been filed against Eoy and Abe
Jacobs, stage manager of the the
