TANGO. GARNER?. MAKE TANGOING EASIER
Tango garterS !
They're the latest innovation
thrust upon us by the craze for the
irresistible Argentine dance.
The first pair bought in Ghicago
was purchased by one of this season's
very prettiest debutantes.
Tango garters are Dame Nature's
shock absorbers.
Trom each garter band which 'fits
snugly just above the knee, falls a
ruffle of lace and ribbon, which com
.pletely conceals the wearer's leg.
The woman who wears a pair will
find that in addition to being dainty
and graceful, the tango garter af
fords that freedom of movement so
necessary to the season's favorite
.dance.
The tango garters replace skirts,
allowing freedom of movement. At
the same time they drape the leg and
ankle modestly, so it is never display
ed through the slash in the tango
skirt.
