Unidentified man found dead on
walk at 362 E. Illinois st. Wound on
head. Police investigating.
Chas. James, 2806 W. Van Buren
St., robbed of overcoat and $15.
Policeman Fred Schabel wounded
in arm in duel with robbers at Oakley
and Austin avs.
Grover Vannatta, 4923 Pensacola
av., robbed by 2 men. $50.
Mrs. J. H. Gates, 1230 N. State st.,
lost purse containing rings, valued at
$800. Purse snatcher.

gone. Husbands want police to find
