Sylvia Pank hurst was arrested last night when the East End Docker Army, which she organized, began to march on Premier Asquith at Westminster. Nearly 10,000 persons gathered to see the procession start. Miss Pank hurst was carried by four men, and the parade was headed by the Rev. M r. Willis. A band played the "Mar seillaise." The parade had not gone more than a mile when the police by a sud den maneuver arrested Miss Pank hurst and whisked her away to jail in a taxicab, followed by a few shriek ing women. o o REKER ACTS IN DOPE WAR Assistant Corporation Counsel Geo. L. Reker says he will file 40 or 50 new complaints against Truax, Greene & Co., druggists, on charges of selling dope. Thirteen counts were filed yes terday. The maximum for each is $200. John R. Hall and Thomas Black, employes of the druggists, were arrested, charged with selling dope, on complaint of the State Board of Health. o o WOMAN MISSING MYSTERY August E. Martin, president of the Martin Construction Co., is looking for his wife. She disappeared from their home at 429 Melrose st. several days ago. No word since. Their young chauffeur, George Weaver, dis appeared at the same time. o o SOCIAL EVENT Howling Man and his wife, Star Woman, have gone to Black Bear's camp, noijh of Calumet. Wasanee and Crow Woman will have a big wedding at their place before long. Their daughter, Singing Water, and Homer Lump Mouth are going to get married.
