Wheeling, W. Va., June 30. "Our
two souls left our bodies, winged in
to the uttermost ether and there, be
tween the astral plane and the spirit

soul-kiss and the first spirit-marriage
of this world was celebrated!"
Mrs. Ella Thomas, medium and
pastor of the Spiritualist Church of
Bridgeport, Ohio, and formerly wife
of Rev. John Thomas, Baptist minis
ter of Pittsburgh, giving this descrip
tion of her "heavenly marriage" to
George Heinleia of this city, has -just
called upon the earthly courts of
West Virginia to declare it a valid
wedding ceremony so that she may
be saved from "soul murder!"
Mrs. Thomas believes that the tan
gled threads of love and jealousy as
they exist in the spirit-world, can be
untangled by the criminal courts ol
earth if she can procure an indict
ment of Miss Powell of East Wheel
ing for this "soul-murder" she alleges
she has suffered.
