It is astonishing to see how the
skirt tunic has disappeared from mi
lady's wardrobe. Every one is wear
ing the long Russian tunic and they
seem very becoming to both the lady
who is fat, fau: and forty and the
girl who is just sixteen. Under
skirts are still very narrow, but the
tunic grows wider each week.
For summer fabrics it is made of
accordion or side pleats, but lor tue
heavier materials it is slightly gath
ered at the wast line.
The "set-in" sleeve has come to
