"lie factory" the Berlin foreign office notified the Ger
man embassy this afternoon that German qfficers are
stilleojtducting the business of Brussels and denied re
ports that "Russian completely invested Konigsberg"

imprisoned by the German authorities when the Japanese
ultimatum to the kaiser expired, according to a state
ment issued by the foreign office today.
