The mobilization of any army is so great and so very expensive a step that Turkey is apparently determined to take advantage of the war. At first sight the natural conclusion is that Turkey will endeavor to reconquer the territories which she lost in her last war to Bulgaria, Servia and Greece But a strong doubt arises as to whether this is her real aim. Her army has been greatly weakened &y its defeats, Servia has her hands full with Austria, butfireece and Bul garia combined will give an excellent account of themselves. Turkey alone, and even Turkey and Bulgaria com bined, are not strong enough to fight the combined forces of Greece and Roumania with a reasonable hope of success. o o To remove pitch, grease and tar stains soak in turpentine.
