to be gathered from the experience of
Miss Marguerite Ogden, attorney, and
law partner of Mrs. Annette Adams,
recently named assistant U. S. Dis
trict Attorney here.
' Mrs. Grace P. Chinn. a wealthy
widow, had been somewhat lax in
paying an undertaker's bill, as ad
ministratrix of her husband's estate.
When Miss Ogden sent a boy to serve
citation, Mrs. China sent word that
she couldn't come to the door she
was still in bed. The boy couldn't
serve the paper. When the boy re
turned later and still later, the wom

to show cause why she shouldn't be
