C. Train Fight to Reopen Weigle Case Mary McKinney is going to demand that Judge Graham and Ass't Prose cuting Attorney Walter A. Rooney open the case against Louis J. Weigle, alias "John Jones," whom she ac cused of being the man who insulted her on-an Illinois Central train last week. Following the exposure of Weigle, which appeared in The Day Book ex clusively yesterday, Miss McKinney has been offered the support of many yomen'a organizaiionSy which, pro-; pose to see that influence cannot pre vent the punishment of men who an noy girls and women. The Illinois Women's Civic League is now investigating the case of Miss Laura Johnson, an employe of Car son, Pirie, Scott & Co., who had an experience similar to Miss McKin ney's on an Illinois Central train.
