The flower bracelet is a Chicago
invention. Lange, the "flower man,"
designed it for tango dancing girls
who demanded a bouquet that would,
not be "ruined in the very first
dance." But you'll see them now, at
dinners and bridge parties, and they
have already appeared on the street
