The Morals Squad was given a wallop yesterday-when Chief of Po lice Healey upon assuming office an nounced that hereafter there would -be no more -raids by Furikhousei"s. vice chasers. In carrying out this decision Healey transferred &e six or eightregular policemen who are Earned" by the Morals Squad back to "other police duty. These policemen have been carried by Funkhouser to give a law ful aspect to their raids.
