are marching to school these days In
frocks of strictly milit-airy cut and
hats that are distinctly "helmet" in
shape. Mme. Emma Becker of the
Fashion Art League of America, who
specializes in children's clothes,
showed me a very good model for a
juvenule military frock, which I've
pictured here for your benefit
Navy blue serge is 'the material
used and the dull black leather belt,
the gunmetal buttons emphasize the
