Rome. Fleeing from Montenegrin
capital, diplomatic corps at Cettinje
has arrived at Scutari, Northern Al
bania, accompanied by several Mon
tenegrin officials.
Straggling bands of Montenegrin
soldiers crossing Albanian frontier to
escape capture by Austrians are being
harassed by Albanian guerillas.
Fighting is going on northeast of
Scutari.
Whereabouts of King Nicholas and
Montenegrin force that withdrew
from Cettinje is mystery. Believed
king is making way southward to
Scutari, from which place he will con
duct negotiations with Austrians who
have proposed separate peace.
