GIRL CAN BE A VENUS! "STAND, SIT
AND LIE STRAIGHT"

ing how to stand, how to sit, how to

always bend forward and backward

Correct lying is practiced by an ex
traordinarily small number of peo
ple. Don't use a pillow or pillows under

relaxing the back. They cause the
neck and shoulders to be rounded.
