London. Two killed when German-
submarineshelled and sank the
Norwegian steamer Ida. Norwegian
steamer Hanskinck also reported
sunk.
Stockholm. Sweden in note to
Washington today disagreed with
Pres. Wilson's plan for neutrals to
join against Germany. Says action
