public’s 75th encampment parade at Columbus, Ohio, Was 99-ycar
old Jacob Mooker (center), who headed the procession to the tune of
fife and drum “because this is my last march.” The Valparaiso, Ind.,
veteran squeezed an unlit pipe in his mouth and carried a shillalah.

September 30. 1941. the following
amounts of halibut have been land-1
ed from Area 3 in the various i
ports on the Pacific Coast:

These figures nave been corrected
to date but are subject to further
corrections.
For the period from April 1 to
September 30, 1940. the following
landings were recorded from Area

For the month of September,
1941, the following amounts ef
halibut were landed frbm Area 3:

12 for September were restricted
to that halibut caught incidentally
while fishing for other species un
der permit and amounted to 184.
