There Is hereby established a local Improvement district to be designat ed as "l>ical Improvement District No. 131," which said district Is bounded and described with reference to said street and the termini of said improvement as de fined in Article VTII. of the City Char:- r now in force, and in Ordinance No. 3345. approved .May 7th. 1534. and the property included wlthfin said local Improvement district, and none other, shall be deemed to be. and shall be. the property benodted by said improvement. Said assessment district shall, for the purpose of said assessment, be divided in to subdivisions, as defined in said Ordi nance No. 5349. and the total cost and ex pense of the improvement herein ordered. Including all necessary incidental expenses, except the amount of cost charge! and assessed against street crossings (which shall be paid from the general fund of th» City), shall be defrayed by the collection of a special assessment uj>on the property in said local improvement district, which assessment shall be made upon said prop erty in all respects as provided by said Article VIII. of the City Charter, now In force, and said Ordinance No. &J4:<, as amended by Ordinance No. 3440. and to gether with interest to accrue upon the respective sums so assessed, shall be col lected as therein provided.
