auy person to keep a saloon for tbo sale or
keeping lor sale cider, beer or native wine
of nny kind whatever without first hav
ing obtained a license therefor, as bercinof

licenses to persons keeping saloons for the
sale or keeping for tale .cider, beer or
native wine, upon n receipt from tbe City
Marshal being produced to him for tke spin
of twenty-five dollars, which liccnsc shall
