eatato of Elizabeth Milbank Anderson
has conveyed the property for a etated

No clew as to the real buyer has been
given although It is definitely established
thst the theater building was not in
cluded in the des.'. Mr. Miller's secre
tary vouched for the fact yesterday that
i the theater has not been sold. Masten

estate, would not discuss the matter.
The Henry Miller Theater was opened,
in 1817, having been erected on land
leased by Mr. Miller from Mr*. Ander
son. who had purchased it the year
before. Mrs. Anderson died about ?.
year ago leavinc an estate of more than
17,000,000. much of which she willed
to clmrlty. The plot included in the
transfer measures 86.9 feet on Forty
third street, with a depth of 100.0. It
measures 20x9(1.9 at the Forty-second
street end of the property. It is assessed
